Job Summary
Conduct critical care float pool duties in a night shift rotation, covering every other weekends with three 12-hour shifts per week. Maintain 24 months of nursing experience, including 12 months in critical care float pool and 3 months of travel experience. Hold an Iowa or compact license, complete Trinity specialty-specific competency testing, and provide a charge/lead reference from the past two years. Submit to this travel-only assignment requiring 13 weeks of contract length, 14 days maximum time off, and adherence to COVID vaccination and booster protocols.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience
- 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience
- 3 months of travel experience
- Iowa license or compact license
- Travel only, local not allowed
- Live >60 miles from facility
- COVID vaccination
- COVID booster
- No current placement at Program: Trinity (Direct) Program - Main
- Trinity specialty-specific competency testing
- Cannot currently be employed anywhere else on a per-diem basis
- 14 days maximum time off
- 1 Charge/Lead reference from within the last 2 years
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
