Job Summary
Conduct 12-hour day shifts in a Critical Care Float Pool, rotating through multiple units while maintaining 24 months of total experience with 12 months in this specific setting. Maintain a 3-month recent experience window and 3 months of prior travel experience. Adhere to a schedule involving every other weekend and holiday rotations, including required dates for July 3 and July 4. Submit to the Iowa license or compact license requirement, ensuring a distance of over 60 miles from the facility and compliance with COVID vaccination and booster mandates. Complete pre-employment modules, provide a Charge/Lead reference from the last two years, and hold certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC.
