Job Summary
Conduct critical care float pool duties across multiple units while maintaining a 12-hour night shift schedule. Provide Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Trauma Nurse Core Course, and Basic Life Support competencies throughout the 13-week assignment. Maintain a 24-month critical care experience history with 3 months in the last 12 months, including 3 months of prior travel experience. Complete required pre-employment modules and upload certifications to expedite onboarding. This role requires living more than 60 miles from the facility in Iowa and includes mandatory July 3 and 4 coverage.
