Job Summary
Handle ED border patients within your specialty, floating between Emory Decatur and Emory Hillandale as needed. Manage 12-hour day shifts across a 3-shift weekly schedule, with a maximum of 7 days off and specific facility holidays. Maintain a Georgia or compact license and hold BLS and NIHSS certifications. Submit 2 charge/lead references from the last 12 months and provide proof of identification. This 13-week travel assignment requires living more than 50 miles from the facility and excludes current AMN Program or Emory Healthcare placements.
Required Qualifications
- 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 10 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience worked in the last 3 years
- Georgia license or compact license
- 2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
- Proof of identification
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Live >50 miles from facility
- No current placement at Program: AMN Program - Emory Healthcare
