Job Summary
Manage Critical Care Float Pool duties, handling ED border patients within your specialty and floating between Emory Decatur and Emory Hillandale units as needed. Maintain 12-hour day shifts across three weekly assignments, with all time off requested upfront and limited to seven days. Submit with a Georgia or compact license, NIHSS, and BLS certifications, while adhering to the 18-month experience requirement and living more than 50 miles from the facility. This 13-week travel-only contract begins August 31, 2026, with no current placement at the AMN Program or Emory Healthcare permitted.
Required Qualifications
- 18 months of experience
- 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 10 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience worked in the last 3 years
- Georgia license or compact license
- 2 Charge/Lead references from within the last 12 months
- Proof of identification
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Registered license type
- Georgia license state
