Job Summary
Conduct critical care float pool duties including night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with a maximum of 10 days off per assignment. Maintain 24 months of critical care float experience, including 9 months within the last 12 months, and hold a North Carolina or compact license. Provide 12-hour shifts three times weekly for up to 13 weeks, starting September 21, 2026, with an auto-offer process requiring a response within 24 hours. Submit all time off requests at application and coordinate scheduling directly with the manager upon starting. Ensure ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are current and provide a charge/lead reference from the last 12 months.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience
- 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience
- 9 months worked in the last 12 months
- 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months
- North Carolina license or compact license
- Travel only
- Live >50 miles from facility
- No current placement at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North Carolina Division
- Driver's license
