Job Summary
Conduct Critical Care Float Pool duties with a minimum of 24 months experience, including 9 months within the last 12 months. Manage acute care responsibilities requiring 9 months of recent acute care experience. Maintain a North Carolina or compact license and hold BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Submit all time off requests at application and coordinate scheduling directly with the manager upon starting the assignment. This auto-offer position requires a clear response within 24 hours and includes a maximum of 10 days time off.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 9 months worked in the last 12 months
- 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months
- North Carolina license or compact license
- Travel only, local not allowed
- Candidates must live >50 miles from facility
- No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North Carolina Division
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
