Job Summary
Conduct critical care float pool duties across multiple units and locations while maintaining a 12-hour shift schedule three times weekly. Maintain a North Carolina license or compact license, hold a driver's license, and possess BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Submit all time off requests prior to assignment start and coordinate scheduling directly with the manager upon onboarding. This auto-offer position requires a clear response within 24 hours and includes a maximum of 10 days time off. Candidates must reside over 50 miles from the facility and cannot be currently placed at the HealthTrust Program - HCA - North Carolina Division.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 9 months worked in the last 12 months
- 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months
- North Carolina license or compact license
- Travel only, local not allowed
- Live >50 miles from facility
- No current placement at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North Carolina Division
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
