Job Summary
Conduct night shift critical care float pool duties from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, working three 12-hour shifts weekly. This travel-only assignment requires a North Carolina license, 24 months of critical care float experience with 9 months in the last year, and 24 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months. Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility, hold a driver's license, and possess ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications. The role offers an auto-offer with no interview, a maximum of 10 days time off, and a 13-week contract starting September 2026.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 9 months worked in the last 12 months
- 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months
- North Carolina license or compact license
- Travel only, local not allowed
- Candidates must live >50 miles from facility
- No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North Carolina Division
- Driver's license
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
Desired Qualifications
- 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred
