Job Summary
Conduct Critical Care Float Pool duties with 24 months of experience, including 9 months in acute care within the last 12 months. Manage patient care across multiple units and locations, requiring a North Carolina license and a driver's license. Submit all time off requests at application and coordinate scheduling directly with the manager upon starting the assignment. Maintain certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. This auto-offer position requires a clear response within 24 hours and includes a maximum of 10 days time off.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 9 months worked in the last 12 months
- 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months
- North Carolina license or compact license
- Travel only, local not allowed
- Candidates must live >50 miles from facility
- No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North Carolina Division
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
