Job Summary
Conduct critical care float pool duties with 24 months of experience, including 9 months in acute care within the last 12 months. Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications while managing variable shifts of 12 hours, three times weekly. Submit all time off requests at application and coordinate scheduling directly with the manager upon starting the assignment. This travel-only role requires a North Carolina license, a driver's license, and a charge/lead reference from the last 12 months. Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility and cannot be currently placed with HealthTrust Program - HCA - North Carolina Division.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 9 months worked in the last 12 months
- 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months
- North Carolina license or compact license
- Travel only, local not allowed
- Candidates must live >50 miles from facility
- No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North Carolina Division
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
