Job Summary
Conduct 12-hour night shifts in a Critical Care Float Pool, rotating through multiple ICUs including Trauma, Oncology, Cardiac, Neurology, Medicine, and COVID, while floating to inpatient floors when ICU census is low. Provide direct patient care with a 2:1 ratio for adult and geriatric populations, managing complex cases including rare adolescent patients. Perform required skills such as vent management, IV starts, telemonitoring, and conscious sedation, with a preference for cardiac competencies like Swans interpretation, IABP, Impella, ECMO, and vasoactive drips. This travel-only assignment requires a Missouri license (or compact) and 12 months of ICU experience, including 1 year CV ICU. Candidates must hold a clear "Yes" to the offer within 24 hours, submit all time off requests at application, and complete onboarding labs within 48 hours. No interviews are conducted; offers are auto-generated based on credential verification.

- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
- CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse)
- OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)
- 2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
- Proof of identification required
- You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Epic
- Trauma Level 1 experience
- Cardiac skill set: Swans-hemodynamic interpretation, IABP, Impella, ECMO, and vasoactive drips
- CRRT experience
