Job Summary
Conduct night shift critical care float pool duties, including coverage of additional units and locations as needed. Maintain 24-month critical care experience with recent acute care exposure, while holding a North Carolina or compact license. Submit clear acceptance within 24 hours of auto-offer receipt and complete required pre-employment modules. Provide a charge or lead reference from the last 12 months and hold a valid driver's license. Submit all time off requests at application stage and coordinate scheduling directly with the manager upon assignment start.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 9 months worked in the last 12 months
- 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months
- North Carolina license or compact license
- Travel only, local not allowed
- Candidates must live >50 miles from facility
- No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North Carolina Division
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Cerner is preferred
