Job Summary
Conduct night shift critical care float pool duties from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, covering three 12-hour shifts weekly. Maintain 24 months of critical care float experience with recent acute care and Cerner system proficiency. Submit a clear acceptance response within 24 hours to secure an auto-offer without interview, noting that scheduling requires direct manager coordination upon start. This 13-week travel assignment requires a North Carolina license, driver's license, and BLS/ACLS certifications, with a maximum of 10 days time off allowed. Candidates must reside over 50 miles from the facility and hold a charge/lead reference from the past year.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 9 months worked in the last 12 months
- 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months
- North Carolina license or compact license
- Travel only, local not allowed
- Candidates must live >50 miles from facility
- No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North Carolina Division
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
