Job Summary
Provide patient care in a Critical Care Float Pool setting with 1 to 1 or 1 to 3 ratios, rotating through ICU units including Surgical, Neuro, Medicine, Cardiac, Cardiovascular, and Burn Center, as well as stepdown units. Maintain a 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift schedule with no call, every other weekend, and every other holiday. This auto-offer travel nursing assignment requires 12 months of experience with recent Critical Care Float Pool tenure and a North Carolina license. Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 10 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience
- Diploma completion
- North Carolina license or compact license
- Nursing Diploma
- ADN or ASN from an accredited school of Nursing
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- Float to all ICU units based on unit needs, including Surgical, Neuro, Medicine, Cardiac, Cardiovascular, and Burn Center
- May also float to stepdown units as needed, which would involve 1 to 3 ratios
- 2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
