Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse, high-acuity patients while adapting quickly to changing environments and unit needs. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, support evidence-based practices, and serve as a clinical resource across the system. Deliver exceptional patient-centered care across multiple intensive and acute care units within the UCHealth Critical Care Float Pool.
