Job Summary
ICU/critical care float RN role requiring a BSN (preferred) with 1 year of acute nursing experience. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a nursing unit, supervision of non-RN staff, acting as charge nurse, and coordinating care across units. Must demonstrate competency in neuro assessment, airway management, tracheostomy/endotracheal suctioning, ventilator care, and adherence to care plans and education for patients and families.

- BSN Preferred
- Valid State Of Connecticut Registered Nurse License
- BLS Required
- 1 Year acute nursing experience required
- Critical Care or Emergency experience preferred
