Critical Care Float Nurse / Float RN (ICU)

Provides critical care nursing on the ICU unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care; supervises RN and non-RN staff, acts as charge nurse, and preceptor; collaborates with healthcare team; delivers patient and family education; demonstrates neuro-focused skills (neuro assessment, airway management, tracheostomy care, ventilator care) and supports special neuro procedures; utilizes the TIA teaching program and ensures high-quality service.
