Job Summary
Critical Care Float Nurse / Float RN (ICU) provides and coordinates patient care on NICU/ICU units under supervision of nurse leadership, develops and communicates plans of care, teaches and mentors staff, and participates in patient education. The role requires neonatal ICU experience, RN licensure, BSN preferred, and selection for charge/preceptor responsibilities, with strong assessment, documentation, and collaboration skills to ensure high levels of patient care and readiness for discharge.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited School Of Nursing; BSN Preferred
- 1 Year Neonatal ICU RN experience required
- Valid State Of Connecticut Registered Nurse License
- BLS Required
