Critical Care Float Nurse / Float RN (ICU)

Critical Care Float Nurse/Float RN (ICU) responsible for ongoing neuro-focused patient assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and supervision on nursing units. Duties include delegating and supervising non‐RN personnel, acting as charge nurse when needed, developing and documenting individualized care plans with patient and family involvement, coordinating with the healthcare team, patient education, and clinical precepting. Demonstrates expertise in neuro assessment, airway management, including care of tracheostomy and ventilated patients, and participates in specialized neuro procedures while supporting the organization's teaching program.
