Job Summary
Conduct admission and ongoing assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and spiritual needs while performing skilled procedures and implementing individualized care plans. Design, direct, and document comprehensive care plans, including patient/family teaching and discharge transitions, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Prepare patients for treatments, surgeries, and diagnostic studies, reporting significant condition changes to Charge Nurses, team leaders, or physicians. Reassess patients at appropriate intervals following interventions, adjusting nursing care to meet emerging needs and modifying physician orders as necessary. Provide accurate bedside shift reports including family participation to ensure continuity of care across shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Of Science Nursing
- one (1) year of RN experience
- Registered Nurse: TX
- Basic Life Support - CPR
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support
