Critical Care (CC) Flight Paramedic – LifeFlight, Humbolt/Paris TN ($10,000 Sign-On Bonus)

Plan and manage advanced pre-hospital and inter-facility patient care from initial contact until transfer to the accepting facility, independently delivering goal-focused, age-specific interventions within Tennessee and Vanderbilt scope of practice. Maintain clinical proficiency through active participation in ongoing advanced skills laboratories, hands-on clinical exercises, and evidence-based practice initiatives. Competently manage airway establishment, ventilator management, and medication administration while documenting assessments and interventions to meet LifeFlight standards. Collaborate on improvement projects, resolve complex clinical situations, and ensure safe handoffs. Work day and night shifts in a nationally recognized trauma system providing transport to Level I Trauma Centers and specialized hospitals.
