CRITICAL CARE ADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER

Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider needed to join the PCCA team in the ICU service at UPMC Altoona Hospital. APPs will admit and co-manage patients in four ICUs (Medical, Surgical-Trauma, Cardiovascular, Neurovascular) under the supervision of intensivist physicians and perform critical care procedures including intubation, bronchoscopy, chest tubes, central lines and arterial lines. Full-time, 26 weeks per year with alternating day and night rotations (12-hour shifts), in a team-oriented, mentoring environment with comprehensive benefits. Located in Altoona, PA within a tertiary UPMC system; prior experience preferred.
