CRITICAL CARE ADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER

Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider needed to join PCCA to work in the ICUs at UPMC Altoona Hospital. AP/APP will admit and co-manage ICU patients under intensivist supervision, participate in medical decision making, and perform critical care procedures including intubation, bronchoscopy, chest tubes, central lines and arterial lines. Full-time position with 26 weeks per year of alternating day/night shifts (12 hours, rotating). Paid mentoring and training provided to develop skills. Experience preferred; employed by PCCA with a comprehensive benefits package including malpractice and health insurance, retirement options, and CME. Locations include UPMC Altoona in Altoona, PA.
