CRITICAL CARE ADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER sought to join Pittsburgh Critical Care Associates to work in the PCCA-managed medical and surgical ICUs at UPMC Altoona Hospital in Altoona, PA. APPs will admit and co-manage ICU patients under the supervision of intensivist physicians, participate in medical decision making, and perform critical care procedures (including intubation, bronchoscopy, chest tubes, central lines, and arterial lines). The role involves 24-hour service with an every-other-week schedule across four ICUs (Medical, Surgical-Trauma, Cardiovascular, Neurovascular), rotating 12-hour day/night shifts.
