Job Summary
Provide comprehensive direct patient care in an 8-bed combined ICU, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate and restore optimal patient health. Educate and advocate for patients while maintaining meticulous documentation and records. This role requires a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with intensive care or emergency medicine expertise, including BLS and ACLS certification. Competitive compensation includes $860.62 per shift plus RVU incentives, a $6,993 sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance. Located at Holy Cross Hospital – Mountain Point in Lehi, the facility specializes in whole person care and has earned Leapfrog "A" grades for quality and patient safety.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in nursing as Nurse Practitioner
- Registered Nurse Practitioner Licensure for; and listed on the Utah Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Registry
- Board certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, in applicable population foci and/or subspecialty
- RN License
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- ACLS from the American Heart Association
- Have Prescriptive Authority (RXN) or have Provisional Prescriptive Authority (RXN-P), if applicable for role with associated articulated plan
- Masters graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- PA Certification by N.C.C.P.A.
- current mid-level provider license by the state of Utah
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of experience in gastroenterology
- Two or more years prior experience in Critical Care, ICU, or ED
