Criterion Section Editor 2026-27

Edit Criterion pieces per quarter under explicit instruction from the chief editor and faculty sponsor, conducting multiple rounds of scrutiny for organizational structure, grammar, context, and syntax. Aid writers in research or interviews as needed and attend weekly editorial staff meetings to synthesize information and assign paragraphs with deadlines and guidelines. Regularly meet with respective writers regarding their work, attend necessary workshops, and uphold journalistic standards using AP-style writing. Work with minimal supervision while adhering to a maximum of six hours per pay period. As a registered La Sierra student, you must complete the Student Authorization Form and obtain Work Clearance Approval before starting.
