Job Summary
Lead clinical crisis intervention and coordinate with the treatment team to provide crisis counseling, therapy, and case management for youth and families. Conduct assessments, safety planning, and linkage to long-term services; collaborate with caregivers and community providers; participate in treatment reviews, supervision, and on-call rotations. Maintain progress notes and service tracking, contribute to on-call coverage (evenings/weekends), and utilize crisis de-escalation techniques within Seneca’s Equilibrium model. Roles includes liaison with MRT and START programs to stabilize youth following crises and support safe transitions to appropriate community-based resources.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work
- Eligible to register as LMFT, LICSW, LMFTA, LSWAIC or LMHC in WA state
- Own vehicle; valid WA driver’s license and insurability
- At least 21 years of age
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Crisis experience in settings such as acute psychiatric settings, behavioral intervention programs, crisis hotlines, mobile response, or providing intensive crisis support to youth
- Ability to participate in on-call system and provide after-hours coverage
- Bilingual language proficiency (preferred)
- Licensure or eligibility to be LMFT, LICSW, LMFTA, LSWAIC or LMHC in Washington State
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
