Job Summary
Deliver one-to-one crisis support to clients face to face or over the telephone in a non-clinical setting; use recovery-focused, person-centred approaches to help clients stay safe, assess risks, manage referrals, book appointments, conduct follow-ups, and signpost to appropriate services; participate in shift handovers, outreach sessions in communities, liaise with professionals, and maintain accurate client notes while adhering to safeguarding policies.
Required Qualifications
- Qualifications to GCSE Grade 4 or above, or significant equivalent experience
- Experience of supporting people in a mental health setting OR working with vulnerable people with multiple risk factors
- Experience in managing challenging situations
