Job Summary
Conduct intake for domestic violence clients, handle crisis calls, and document all interactions while performing lethality screens and safety planning. Maintain building security, monitor client entrances, and circulate floors to interact with residents and report issues to case managers. Manage cafeteria meal activities, including serving breakfast to children and tracking CACFP grant compliance, while overseeing laundry, room cleaning, and inventory of linens and toiletries. Ensure client medication is logged, distribute mail, and answer residential phone lines. Perform daily room checks to verify sanitary conditions and maintain accurate rosters and log books.
