Job Summary
Provide real-time crisis intervention via phone, chat, and messaging; build rapport by creating a safe, non-judgmental space for help seekers; conduct safety assessments and evaluate risk levels; de-escalate crisis situations and develop stabilization plans; connect individuals with community resources and referrals; collaborate with supervisors and community partners to support care; complete accurate and timely documentation for all interactions; participate in training, supervision, and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in psychology, social services, education, or a related field
- Ability to obtain MHRT-CSP certification within 30 days of hire (training provided)
