Job Summary
The Crisis Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Mobile Crisis department. Responsibilities include processing client records from enrollment to closure, scheduling crisis staff, and maintaining inventory. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, six weeks of behavioral health work experience, and proficiency in computer systems, including electronic health records and Microsoft Office. The role requires CPR/First Aid certification and a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card. Evening and weekend shift differentials are available.
Required Qualifications

- Proficiency using computer-based systems
- CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1)

- Bilingual in Spanish
Additional Requirements
