Job Summary
Provide collaborative leadership for operational oversight of crisis services, including Mobile Crisis Response, After Hours, and 590/988 programs. Supervise assigned staff by ensuring timely, trauma-informed intervention while managing onboarding, scheduling, training, and compliance with regulatory standards. Coordinate daily operations to guarantee continuous 24/7 service delivery and maintain seamless collaboration with the Crisis Leadership team and organizational leaders. Participate in a rotating 24/7/365 consultation schedule and on-site coverage across Berwyn locations to support program improvement and staff development.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Licensure LCPC, LCSW, LMFT and/or related licensure
- Licensure eligibility within 3-6 months of starting in the position
- Crisis or Mobile Crisis Response (SASS)
- Current valid Illinois Driver's License
- Safe driving record
- Transportation for travel to/from home, office, and community-based interventions
- Hybrid work schedule eligibility
- At least three (3) days on-site each week
- Flexibility with work hours and regular schedule
- Availability for evenings on-site to provide support and training for staff
- Rotation between Berwyn locations (6415 Stanley Avenue and 6918 Windsor Avenue)
