Crisis Specialist (Residential Program)

Job Summary
Conduct crisis intervention and stabilization services in a sub-acute residential treatment setting, including assessments, treatment planning, aftercare planning, case management, and individual or group therapy. Act as the clinical lead during designated shifts while providing training to staff and reporting to direct supervisors. Complete biopsychosocial assessments for new clients and implement clinical crisis service goals aligned with agency policies. Schedule runs Sunday through Thursday or Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. This role supports Chimes' holistic approach to improving lives through innovative, responsive behavioral health solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences
- Master's degree in social sciences
- Relevant professional experience of at least 1 year
- Experience in a behavioral health setting
- Experience with crisis assessment
- Experience with triage
- Experience with intervention
- Experience with community resources/systems
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse clearance
- Criminal clearance
- Fingerprint-based federal criminal history clearance
- Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
