Crisis Specialist (Intervention Program)

Job Summary
Conduct phone and mobile crisis services, including triage assessment, crisis interventions, and clinical level-of-care evaluations. Perform telephone crisis counseling to determine appropriate interventions, participate in mobile outreach across community settings, and maintain quality documentation of clinical service delivery. Provide timely supporting documentation for all services, conduct aftercare follow-up contacts, and collaborate with community partners to provide service referrals and linkage as clinically appropriate. Full-time and part-time weekend shifts available with double time on all agency holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences
- Master's degree in social sciences
- Relevant professional experience of at least 1 year
- Experience in a behavioral health setting
- Experience with crisis assessment
- Experience with triage
- Experience with intervention
- Experience with community resources/systems
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse clearance
- Criminal history clearance
- Fingerprint-based federal criminal history clearance
- Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
