Job Summary
Coordinate follow-ups with clients referred to treatment and develop a network of community crisis support; perform triage on emergency mental health calls; provide immediate support and assessment to clients in crisis; ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA, CARF accreditation standards, and Maryland regulations; complete required documentation and reports in a timely fashion; role is full-time with an awake overnight schedule and a 4-day work week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of crisis invention or mental health services
- Current CPR and First Aid
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Formal training or significant experience in crisis interventions
- Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalating techniques
