Job Summary
Provide crisis management services including face-to-face or telephone interviewing, lethality assessments, and arranging hospitalization when necessary. Conduct screenings, intake interviews, and treatment plan reviews while documenting all crisis services in Avatar within 24 hours. Coordinate interventions, outreach, and referrals to ensure continuity of care, followed by safety check-ins within 24 hours post-crisis. Deliver brief evidence-based counseling, group therapy, and case management to address behavioral, physical, and social needs. Work within a multi-disciplinary team to support health behavior change and participate in mandatory program meetings. Maintain clinical records, credentials, and professional competency through ongoing training and supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, psychology or a related human services field
- Licensure in the State of Oklahoma, in one of the mental health disciplines or under Board approved supervision for licensure
- Licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC-MH, LBP, or under supervision
- If licensed, employee must complete continuing education requirements required for licensure maintenance
- Proficiency in the MS Word processing software
- Intermediate general computer skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally with English-speaking clients
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to move about facilities freely
- Casual professional dress
- Adherence to dress code requirements
- Access to reliable transportation
- Local travel
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- Current automobile liability insurance including uninsured motorist coverage
- Completion of all NorthCare required training within 30 days of employment
- TB test within 12 months prior to employment with NorthCare or obtain within 30 days of employment with NorthCare
