Job Summary
CrisisLink Supporting Clinician provides clinical decision making within the Marcus Alert Triage framework, oversees mobile response determination, and supports Crisis Workers and Supervisors through group processes and ongoing skill development. The role includes weekly crisis worker support groups, quarterly training on motivational interviewing, trauma, emotion regulation, and related topics, coordination of Care Navigation and REACH services, and ongoing consultation for regional behavioral health referrals and mobile crisis dispatch. Requires a Master's degree in psychology, social work, rehabilitation counseling, or related field and a Virginia license. Experience in crisis mental health is preferred. Position operates in a remote-capable scheduling environment with shifts typical for Friday–Tuesday, 8a-4p EST, and is covered by HopeLink Behavioral Health as an Equal Opportunity Employer with 24/7/365 availability considerations.
