Crisis Services Operation Lead

Conduct crisis interventions, manage shift staffing, and ensure 7-day coverage while maintaining client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Create and adjust staff schedules, review time cards, and communicate promptly with leadership regarding coverage gaps. Complete and oversee clinical documentation of all services, interventions, and client activities to uphold SEIC standards. Inform consumers about community resources, assist with obtaining services, and consult with treatment staff. Participate in team meetings and work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a structured, safe, and therapeutic facility function during assigned shifts.
