Crisis Responder / ParaProfessional / PP / $1000 Sign On Bonus

Implement crisis response services across Buncombe, Madison, and Yancey counties to help individuals avoid inpatient hospitalization, while monitoring and revising Person-Centered Plans with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Facilitate relationships between the company, parents, guardians, and community agencies to minimize the negative effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence. Support clients in developing daily living, socialization, and behavior management skills through case management functions that link and arrange necessary service referrals. Maintain communication with clinical staff to standardize procedures and expediting PCP implementation, ensuring service utilization remains effective and within authorization limits. This role requires a minimum of one year crisis experience and involves 11-hour on-call shifts from your home or the community, with a guaranteed 40-hour paid week regardless of hours worked.
