Crisis Recovery Support Specialist - PRN

PRN Crisis Recovery Specialist on the Mobile Crisis Response Team responds to behavioral health crises in adults and children within St. Clair County during evening, weekend, and holiday hours. You will build rapport using lived experience, provide resourceful information and support to help individuals engage in their own mental health and/or substance abuse recovery, and model competence through personal experience. Responsibilities include ensuring a 60-minute crisis response, collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining regulatory documentation, and guiding clients toward personalized action plans for mental, emotional, physical, and social health. Training in CARE and TCI is required; ongoing adherence to CARE/TCI principles and successful completion of related tests is expected. The role operates in professional office, clinical, residential, and community-based settings with travel to agency sites and client locations as needed.
