Job Summary
Lead Aunt Martha’s Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) program as Crisis Program Director, overseeing program operations, supervising staff, ensuring high-quality crisis services, and building partnerships with community providers. Responsibilities include directing daily operations, supervising program coordinators and direct service staff, ensuring compliance with contracts and agency policies, supporting program development, providing leadership and staff development, participating in hiring and performance management, engaging with community partners, coordinating crisis response services (including after-hours/on-call), and ensuring accurate documentation, billing, and reporting. Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling and an active LCSW or LCPC license, with 5+ years of supervisory experience and strong leadership capabilities; preferred experience with youth and families in crisis settings.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Active clinical license required (LCSW or LCPC)
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with youth and families in crisis settings preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
