Job Summary
Deliver crisis intervention services, including assessments, safety planning, and referrals, while maintaining 100% documentation completion at the time of service. Support individuals through court-ordered assessments, group services, and case management using recovery-oriented language that emphasizes hope and self-direction. Collaborate with hospitals, law enforcement, and natural support systems to maintain strong community relationships, and provide after-hours crisis support as assigned. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions while upholding confidentiality and customer service standards. This part-time, as-needed role serves clients across St. Clair, Randolph, Perry, Clinton, Washington, and Monroe Counties, offering trauma-informed care to promote recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years' supervised mental health experience
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field
- Less than 1,000 hours of supervised mental health experience
- Valid driver's license
- Private auto insurance
