Job Summary
Part-time Crisis Intervention Specialist in Oregon responsible for immediate screening and intervention during acute mental health crises, real-time risk assessment, de-escalation, and safety planning. Collaborates with the clinical team to screen risk, develop crisis intervention plans, and connect clients with resources within the IOP setting. Supports care coordination and serves as a key point of contact for crisis triage during group sessions, with duties including documentation in compliance with standards and coordination with Care Team members. Requires an independently licensed clinician located in Oregon, with a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week and strong interpersonal/communication skills. Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Dropbox, Zoom, EMR) is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside and be licensed in the state of Oregon
- Independently licensed clinician
- Previous crisis experience preferred
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week with flexibility to meet the needs of the team and clients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
