Job Summary

Respond to crisis calls and walk-in clients, providing de-escalation and crisis intervention while conducting intake and risk assessments for youth seeking program admission. Connect callers with community resources, facilitate crisis groups, and perform light housekeeping, cooking, and routine maintenance tasks as needed. Utilize Non-Violent Crisis Intervention techniques to ensure a safe, supportive environment within the program. Complete all documentation accurately within required timeframes and participate in team meetings to contribute to problem-solving and program improvement. This role requires 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift availability including weekends.

Required Qualifications

  • Shifts needed: 1st shift 7AM - 3PM, 2nd shift 3PM - 11PM and 3rd shift 11PM - 7AM, weekend shift
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts
  • Basic computer and data entry proficiency
  • Ability to build rapport and show empathy toward youth
  • Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
