Job Summary
Crisis Counselor I works with the Mobile Crisis Response Team in St. Clair County to support individuals facing mental health crises through assessments, interventions, and resource connections.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
- Must meet DCFS/CANTS Clearance Requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Excellent engagement skills.
- Willingness and ability to flex schedule as program needs change.
- Skill in providing diagnostic, preventive, and/or therapeutic services to individuals.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous mobile crisis response experience preferred.
