Job Summary
Crisis Counselor role delivering telephonic emotional support, risk assessment, crisis intervention, and stabilization services to callers; remote-first position with Tennessee residency requirement. Responsibilities include building rapport, actively listening, assessing emotional/behavioral concerns and safety issues, providing resources and referrals, safety planning, documenting actions, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant workflows. Six-week paid virtual training cohort (Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM PST), then remote scheduling with required weekend/holiday availability. Must have a private, distraction-free home office with reliable wired broadband (min 10 Mbps). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
