Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one counseling for primary and secondary survivors of sexual assault trauma under the supervision of the Program Director. Assist with support groups and manage clinical cases as needed. Maintain licensure as an LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LAC with a Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work, and complete 40 hours of confidential sexual violence advocate training. Fluency in Spanish is required for this full-time day shift role.
Required Qualifications
- LSW/LCSW/LPC/LAC with Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work
- 1-2 years' experience of working directly within the mental health field
- fluency in Spanish
- LSW/LCSW/LPC/LAC licensure
- bi-lingual in Spanish
- 40-hour confidential sexual violence advocates training
