Crisis Counselor (Full-time, Day shift)

Conduct one-on-one counseling for primary and secondary survivors of sexual assault trauma under the supervision of the Program Director. Assist with support groups and manage clinical cases as needed. Maintain fluency in Spanish and hold required licensure, including LSW/LCSW/LPC/LAC credentials and 40-hour confidential sexual violence advocate training. This role requires a Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work and 1-2 years of direct mental health experience. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory for all duties.
