Job Summary
Manage crisis preparedness, simulations, and live response for high-profile clients, flagging and triaging issues ranging from product recalls to litigation. Advise C-Suite executives on reputational risks while developing crisis plans, media strategies, and reactive statements. Execute proactive media outreach and collaborate with legal counsel and journalists to mitigate harm. Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, offering strategic counsel on complex policy and business challenges. Requires extensive corporate communications experience, self-starter mindset, and ability to work with senior boards.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience advising corporate leaders including C-Suite on a range of critical reputational and positioning issues
- Demonstrated success navigating challenging policy, political, and business challenges
- Strategic thinker able to draw from expertise across corporate reputation, public affairs, crisis management and stakeholder engagement
- A demonstrated track record in managing crises and complex, high-risk assignments
- Experience working with legal teams, both in-house and outside counsel
- Experience working with news media, notably business and financial media and/or investigative journalists
- Attention to detail is a must

- The ideal candidate has extensive corporate communications and issues management background with the ability to understand and distill complex subject matter quickly
- Ability to work as a self-starter, requiring limited supervision
- Entrepreneurial spirit, can-do attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues across the network
